Ronald Reagan Building Atrium Wedding | Samantha & Antoine

Sam & Antoine are graduates from Howard University. They both played on sports teams for Howard and that is how they initially met. Sam was on the soccer team and Antoine was on the football team. They dated in college and then took some time apart. After college, Antoine went on to play for the Indianapolis Colts while Sam pursued her financial career in New York City. Barack Obama’s inauguration brought them back to DC and that is when their relationship rekindled. Sam moved to Indianapolis and they had a beautiful baby girl. I am so glad they decided to come back to DC for their wedding. They have so many special ties to this city.

Their wedding was in the Atrium at the Ronald Reagan Building. If you are not familiar, the atrium is this cavernous central space in the heart of the RRB. The ceilings are curved glass and the walls were draped off with long curtains to make this event more exclusive. By day, this building is a bustling office complex but by night some of DC’s hottest events take place in the atrium. In addition to a show stopping venue, their wedding was styled to the nines by Defined by Design Events. Here are a few of our favorites from their big day.
