Sometimes we have unique things in common with our clients. For example, we always find it cool when we meet a bride or groom that is from Florida because that’s where Jason and I grew up. When we met Leana and Kevin for the first time at their engagement session, the things that we had in common were uncanny! They are both from Florida and Kevin grew up in Coral Springs. I grew up in Coral Springs! Then Kevin moved to Tallahassee for high school. Jason went to high school in Tallahassee! Some how birthdays came up and Kevin mentioned how his birthday fell around Thanksgiving. My jaw just fell open. Jason asked when in November and sure enough the two share the same exact birthday as well! BANANAS! Leana went to St. Thomas for high school which was a rival school to mine. Leana is also Italian which I am as well. She is second generation American and I am so jealous that she gets to visit her parents in Italy. Leana and Kevin are also both avid hobbiest photographers so we had a lot to chat about. Kevin plays a trumpet in the Army Band and music is a large part of his life. I asked him to bring his horn to the shoot and I am so glad I did. Enjoy a few of our favorites!
