Starting Now:
With your contract signed, your date secured, and your payment schedule in place, I'm ready to bring you seamless customer service. If we haven't already met, let's set up a quick chat to get acquainted and start building your vision together.
1 to 2 months out:
As the excitement builds I want to learn as much as I can about how to support you on your big day. I'll help you create a photography timeline that works for your celebration and helps to organize the day. To get started, I'll send you a wedding questionnaire which will allow me to tailor your experience and exceed your expectations. If you are working with a wedding planner, I start with their master timeline to help mold the photo end of the day. Once I have the planner's master timeline as well as your input from the questionnaire, we set up a call to go over the photography end of the day. All of this preparation is to ensure that you are supported, confident, and ready for your big day.
Now is also the time to purchase product from your engagement session. Guest Sign-in Books are a great way to show off your engagement session to your wedding guests. Guest Sign-in Books take about a month to produce.
1 week to go:
While the finishing touches come together for your wedding, I'll be preparing for every contingency. I'll visit your venue to ensure that there are no on-going projects or plans nearby that could cause any issues and I'll be scouting for the perfect locations and light (even if I've shot there dozens of times already). Once I've found some perfect spots for your portraits, I'll share them with both of you and you can choose the options that appeal most to your style. From photos of just the two of you to group shots of your family, I'll be sure your portrait sessions look gorgeous and go smoothly.
Your Wedding Day!
This is it! All your planning is going to come together and you'll be swept away with joy and emotion. While you have the time of your life, you can count on me to arrive early and be there in the background covering every wonderful moment. And when you need me, I'll be by your side to give gentle guidance and get the photos that are most important to you. You can rest assured I'll have back ups of my back ups, and I'll be ready to handle whatever arises so you can stay focused on your partner and guests. Making you and your guests feel special and honored is second nature to me and just part of why couple's come back to me for all of their special event photography.
1 week after:
While I'm working on creating a beautiful collection that is expertly processed for you and your family, I will reach out and let you know when you can expect to receive your photographs. Generally this date is around 12 weeks after your wedding. If you've ordered an album, I will be working on the layout to give us a jump start on the final design.
