Paige & Bart chose to have their engagement session in Downtown Frederick. Paige has close ties to Frederick, she grew up there and her family still lives in the area. Her wedding day and ceremony will start out in Frederick as well. While Frederick is close to Paige’s heart, Paige and Bart currently live in North Carolina so they had to travel up for the session. We really lucked out with the weather, it was a looming storm on and off that day but it ended up being beautiful!
Bart is good friends with Paige’s brother, and it was through Paige’s brother that these two met. I love how Bart was already a friend of the family before he and Paige started dating. Getting to know them throughout that afternoon was really lovely. Bart, like most guys, isn’t super into posing for photos. I have to say though he was not only a trooper but you could tell he loved doing anything that was important to Paige. It really made me smile. The orange photo was my favorite of the day. We shot that one through a construction cone which was a little tricky but worth the effort. Enjoy a few of our favorites!
